Structure and performance characteristics of vertical lathes
Vertical lathes are suitable for mechanical processing and manufacturing in various fields, and can be used for rough and deep processing such as inner and outer circular surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, inner holes, and cutting grooves. The spindle bearing of the operating platform adopts high-precision adjustable axial gap double row short cylindrical roller bearings, which are reliable. The radial direction adopts a constant current power negative pressure slide rail, making the operating platform have the characteristics of high rotation accuracy, large bearing capacity, and small thermal deformation.
The structure and performance characteristics of a vertical lathe:
Vertical lathe base, operating table, plate bed, load-bearing beam and other large objects are selected with high compressive strength, good wear resistance, gray cast iron and quenched to remove thermal stress without deformation. There are two ways to use a vertical cutting table, namely a square slider and a manual pentagonal cutting table. The side cutting table is equipped with a square cutting table, and both cutting tables are balanced using a hydraulic press. The spindle bearing transmission system of the CNC lathe is driven by a communication AC motor, and is organized through 16 levels of spindle bearing speed regulation to achieve the speed ratio range of the operating platform. According to customer regulations, accessories such as digital display, electric grinding wheel, and car finish can be added, and all positions can be fully automatically lubricated.
Vertical lathes belong to large and medium-sized industrial equipment, used to produce and process large axial specifications with relatively small radial specifications, and complex appearance of large, medium-sized, and ultra heavy product workpieces, such as various discs, wheels, and shaft parts to process the circular surface, inner hole, conical surface, cylindrical hole, conical hole, etc. of product workpieces. They can also rely on additional equipment to carry out production and processing of external threads, curved surfaces, profiling, cutting, and cutting.
Compared with horizontal lathes, the clamping and alignment of product workpieces are more convenient in the clamping decoration design of CNC lathes, while the center line of the spindle bearings of CNC vertical lathes is vertically and reasonably arranged, and the workbench and cabinet countertops are located within the level plan. This reasonable layout alleviates the load on spindle bearings and rolling bearings, so vertical lathes can maintain precision in operation for a longer period of time.
