How to maintain a vertical lathe
Vertical lathes, targeting this crucial commodity and being a star product, should not be easily unfamiliar to everyone. Through this article, we aim to gain some knowledge about this type of CNC lathe, discuss its professional knowledge, and explain common problems.
1. Maintenance of vertical lathes
In the maintenance work of small vertical lathes, the key is to increase the service life of electronic components in CNC lathes and slow down the level of damage to their components. That way, it can prevent the occurrence of common faults and problems, thereby reducing the probability of common faults in vertical vehicles and increasing their service life.
2. Some common problems in the operation of vertical lathes
During the entire process of practical operation and application of vertical lathes, there are some common problems, mainly including:
(1) To prevent dust and stains from entering the motor control equipment of a vertical lathe, this can cause a decrease in the resistors between its electrical components, leading to various problems and even damage to electronic devices.
(2) The rough surface of the product workpiece cannot be immediately installed on the surface of the operating platform of the vertical lathe, but only needs to be cushioned or supported by a spiral top. In addition, the alignment of product workpieces can only be carried out during low-speed rotation of the CNC lathe operating platform, and cannot be carried out during its high-speed rotation.
(3) If a vertical lathe carries out non continuous drilling and production processing, then a moderate reduction in the ratio of cutting amount to the operating table speed is necessary to have a suitable standard value.
