However, the cutting speed is high, the cutting temperature is high, and the rear wear is large. It has less influence on the CNC tool than the cutting amount. The influence of cutting depth on the CNC blade is not as large as the cutting amount and cutting speed, but the hard bottom layer of the cut raw material will also endanger the life of the CNC blade when the micro-cutting drilling is performed.
The customer shall select the cutting amount to be used according to the raw material, strength, drilling condition, material type, cutting speed, cutting depth, etc. to be produced and processed.
