Precautions for purchasing CNC lathe
CNC machine tool is a technology-intensive equipment of electromechanical integration. Whether the machine tool can operate reliably for a long time depends largely on its use and maintenance. Pay attention to the following problems when using CNC machine tools.
(1) Use environment of CNC machine tools: CNC machine tools have no special requirements for the use environment, and can be placed in the production workshop like ordinary machine tools. However, direct sunlight and other thermal radiation should be avoided, and places with excessive humidity or dust should be avoided, especially places with corrosive gases. Corrosive gases are most likely to corrode electronic components or cause poor contact, affecting the normal operation of the machine tool. Keep away from equipment with large vibration, such as punch, forging equipment, etc. For CNC machine tools with high accuracy and high price, it is ideal to use them in an air-conditioned environment.
(2) Power supply requirements: CNC machine tools adopt special power supply or add voltage stabilizer to reduce the impact of power supply quality on the machine tool and electrical interference.
(3) CNC machine tools shall have operating procedures: operators must operate according to operating procedures. In case of machine tool failure, the operator shall keep the site and truthfully explain the situation before and after the failure to the maintenance personnel. In order to analyze and diagnose the cause of the fault, remove the fault in time and reduce the downtime.
(4) CNC machine tools should not be stored for a long time: after purchasing CNC machine tools, they should be fully utilized to improve the utilization rate of the machine tools as much as possible, especially in the first year of use, so that the weak links that are prone to failure can be exposed as soon as possible, and the hidden dangers of failure can be eliminated as far as possible within the warranty period. If the factory has no production task and the CNC machine tool is not used for a long time, it should also be powered on regularly, which is 1-2 times a week.
(5) Work with certificate: the operator should not only have the qualification certificate, but also have the special operation training for the technician according to the machine tool used before work. Be familiar with the instructions and the structure and characteristics of the machine tool, master the functions and indications of the instruments, knobs and buttons on the operating panel, and prohibit blind operation.
(6) Compressed air shall meet the standard: the pressure of compressed air required by CNC machine tools shall meet the standard and keep clean. It is strictly forbidden to use non-galvanized iron pipe in the pipeline to prevent rust from blocking the filter. A gas and liquid separation and filtration device is added outside the air pressure system of the machine tool to increase the protection link.
(7) Correct selection of tools: correct selection of high-quality tools can give full play to the machining efficiency of the machine tool. The specification and size of the tool shall meet the technical requirements, otherwise the tool change will not be carried out smoothly.
(8) Check the coordinates: Before machining the workpiece, check the coordinates, recheck the program, and conduct the processing after the simulation test of the processing program is normal.
(9) Collision prevention: Before the equipment returns to the "machine zero", "working zero" and "control zero" operation, it is necessary to ensure that the movement direction of each coordinate axis is free of obstacles to prevent collision.
(10) Do not dismantle the key parts of the CNC machine tool at will. The mechanical structure is simplified, the seal is reliable, and the self-diagnosis function is increasingly perfect. In addition to cleaning the external and specified lubrication parts, it is not allowed to disassemble other parts for cleaning in daily maintenance.
(11) Do not change parameters at will: the safe storage of various parameters and basic setting procedures of the CNC machine tool directly affects the normal operation and performance of the machine tool, and the operator shall not modify them at will.
