The use of CNC machine tools requires high technical content. Operators shall be able to set up programs independently and master the machine tool skillfully and effectively to reduce the error rate of parts. The cooling device of CNC machine tools is as important as the lubricating device. Good cooling can improve the processing quality of the workpiece and the service life of the machine tool parts. Generally speaking, the daily maintenance of the cooling device is mainly to supplement and replace the coolant and clean the filter device.
When the CNC machine toolis not in use, it should be powered on frequently through the CNC system, and it should be run dry when the machine tool is locked. In the moldy rain season with high air humidity, it should be powered on every day, and the moisture in the CNC cabinet should be driven away by the heat of the electrical components themselves, so as to ensure the stable and reliable performance of the electronic components. The maintenance of machinery is different but has a lot in common, so the maintenance of CNC machine tools is also very important. So when should cooling units be serviced?
1. Observe the oil mark on the front of the water tank. When the cooling water decreases, it should be replenished in time. In general, if the water outlet is arranged around the main shaft, at least the oil filter at the suction port of the cooling pump should be completely submerged in the water.
2. When the cooling water is polluted and deteriorated, it should be replaced in time. Remove the screw plug under the water tank to release the waste liquid. After cleaning the water tank, fill in new and clean coolant.
3. The cooling water tank is divided into two chambers, the water tank and the pump box. The filter screen is easy to lift out when it needs to be cleaned, and the cleaning is very convenient. In addition, an oil filter is installed at the inlet of the cooling pump. The above two devices are used for a certain period of time on the machine tool. After that, it should be checked and cleaned in time.
4. Under normal circumstances, the oil filter and filter screen should be cleaned every two months.
