Main working process of CNC vertical lathe:

1. There are usually two methods to create a machining program, manual programming and automatic programming, respectively for simple part processing and complex part processing.

2. The method of program input processing varies with the input device of CNC vertical lathe. There are two ways to read the CNC device. One is processing while reading, which is a batch operation method. The other is to read all the processing programs into the memory inside the CNC device, and call them from the memory during processing.

3. After the interpolation calculation processing program is input into the numerical control device, the numerical control device carries out a series of processing and calculation with the support of the control software. The calculation result is output to the servo system as a pulse signal.

Because the shape of the part is composed of straight lines, arcs or other curves, the CNC machine tool must move according to the shape and size requirements of the part. In other words, it needs to move on the graph track. Track interpolation is to encrypt data points between the starting point and the ending point coordinates of the line segment. The CNC vertical lathe machining center puts forward a series of coordinate values of the intermediate points and outputs pulse signals to the corresponding coordinates.

4. The interpolation pulse signal output by the numerical control device for control and machine tool processing is processed by signal conversion and power amplification. Through the servo motor and mechanical transmission mechanism, the machine tool actuator drives the tool to process, and the parts that meet the drawing requirements are processed.

The above is the working process of the CNC vertical lathe. For more information, please feel free to contact us! Our company has many years of experience and looks forward to cooperating with you in the future.
