This month, one of our customers from Nanchang contacted us and came to our factory for a visit. Our staff received the customer kindly and arranged a comprehensive factory tour itinerary for them.
Customers have the opportunity to learn about our production process, machine tool manufacturing process and quality control process up close. We led customers to conduct guided visits in various areas and processing locations of various machines, and introduced the technical parameters, performance characteristics and application fields of CNC machine tools in detail.
Customers actively participated in the discussion and raised many valuable questions and suggestions, which will help us continuously improve the quality and performance of our products. One of the highlights of the tour was that the customers got to experience some of our CNC machines first hand. They expressed great interest in the operation and performance of the machine tools, which also provided them with a valuable opportunity to get to know our products better.
