Precautions for initial use of CNC vertical lathes
CNC vertical lathe is an advanced equipment with excellent performance, wide process range, and high production efficiency. Preparation and precautions for initial use of CNC vertical lathes:
1. Check the operation of electrical, hydraulic, lubrication, and control systems.
2. Inspect the operation of all levels of speed from low to high and the idle travel of each moving component.
3. Within 200 hours of initial use, the weight of the processed workpiece should not exceed 50% of the allowable load of the workbench. The workbench should not be used for two-stage speed operation, and the cutting force should not exceed 50% of the cutting force. All inclined iron pressure plates should not be adjusted too tightly, and the ram should not extend too long.
4. Change the oil once after one month of initial operation, and then change the oil once after three or six months of operation. Precautions during the use of CNC vertical lathes: 1. Before driving, pay attention to checking the position of the handle and whether the gripper is tightly clamping the workpiece. 2. Check the cleanliness of the guide rail lubrication. 3. Check whether the signal lights and interlocking devices are sensitive and reliable. 4. Check if the moving parts have entered the limit position and loosen the screws before moving.
5. When the workbench is not stationary, mechanical speed changes are not allowed, but the stepless speed control part of the feed motion and main motion can be adjusted as needed at any time.
6. When lifting workpieces, 80 oil pump motors should be stopped first to avoid sudden oil pressure increase and damage to the feedback valve pressure gauge when the lifting workpieces are unstable.
7. Do not park the tool before it exits.
8. When the machine tool is packaged and stored for a long time, the exposed processing surface should be coated with rust inhibitor. If the oil seal period exceeds, the oil seal should be re sealed.
