1. Automatic tool change function

The automatic tool change device and tool magazine provided by the vertical machining center enable the machining center to have the automatic tool change function, which can enter the automatic tool change function according to the tool used during processing. That is to say, the vertical machining center can change the tool at will and carry out different processing procedures for the workpiece.
2. Clamping the workpiece at one time can quickly realize the processing of multiple processes
From the previous function points, the vertical machining center has the function of automatic tool change. With this function, it can complete multiple processes in the process of clamping, such as drilling, milling, tapping and thread tapping.
3. Function of expandable axis number
Because the traditional CNC machine tools cannot meet the customer's product processing requirements, such as processing complex curved surface workpieces such as impellers, blades, shafts, propellers, etc., they cannot be processed by ordinary CNC machine tools with few shafts, so according to the customer's product requirements, the CNC machine tools need to expand the four axis or five axis functions. It can be seen from the above description that the vertical machining center has the function of expanding the number of axes, and can expand the functions of four axes, five axes, or even multiple axes.
4. Multiple machining surfaces can be machined at one time
It can be seen from the above that the vertical machining center can expand the number of shafts, so after the vertical machining center expands the number of shafts, the workpiece can be processed on multiple sides at the same time, which can not only avoid the accuracy error caused by multiple clamping, but also save a lot of time for manual clamping of workpieces.
