Introduction to Installation and Use of CNC Lathe
CNC lathe is an economical and practical processing machine tool, with mature product structure, stable and reliable performance and quality. It combines versatility with the characteristics of a lathe, using a ball linear guide rail with an inclined bed; The tool holder can be a single row tool holder or a double row tool holder, or it can be a four station and six station electric tool holder. It is a widely used and widely covered CNC machine tool in China. CNC lathes are widely used in the machining of automotive, petroleum, military, and other industries.
CNC lathes have a complete range of specifications, capable of machining shafts, internal and external surfaces of discs, conical surfaces, arcs, threads, boring, reaming, as well as various turning processes such as non circular curves. They are suitable for processing multiple varieties, small and medium-sized batch products, especially complex and high-precision parts; Meet the processing needs of different users; According to user needs, different CNC systems and accessories can be selected; The design fully considers the safety of operation, switchable protective doors, and various safety warning signs to ensure safety.
Installation and use of CNC lathes:
1. In order to ensure the working accuracy of the machine tool, when installing, adjust the foundation bolts or shock absorbing feet to ensure the level of the machine tool and prevent the guide rail from twisting.
2. After installation and commissioning, it is necessary to check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether the circuit is reliable, and then conduct a running test. The test time is less than 2 hours, and the test run can only be started after it is normal.
3. After using the machine tool for a period of time, the spindle bearing will generate a gap, which can be adjusted appropriately by the user according to the speed of use. Too small clearance can easily lead to bearing heating; Excessive clearance can affect the accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece. The tightness of the lock nuts of the front and rear bearings of the main shaft can be adjusted, and the bearing clearance should be kept at 0.006mm.
4. The large and small carriage of the CNC lathe are equipped with stopper iron. After using for a period of time, the gap between the large and small drag plates can be adjusted by adjusting the stopper. It should operate flexibly without affecting the processing accuracy.
5. The sliding part of the machine tool must be fully lubricated. Each shift (8 hours) should be filled with mechanical oil 2-4 times, and the bearing lubrication should be replaced every 300-600 hours.
6. Do a good job in the maintenance and cleaning of the machine tool at ordinary times.
7. Before using the machine tool, read the machine tool manual carefully.
