Four Key Points of Work Flow of Economical CNC Machine Tools

01-12-2022

With the rapid development of microelectronics, computers, software and other technologies, the control system of economical CNC machine tools is becoming more and more miniaturized and functional, with perfect self diagnosis function and greatly improved reliability. The CNC system itself will realize automatic programming. Economical CNC machine tool is a kind of electromechanical processing equipment that can control the machine tool to automatically process according to the given motion track through digital information. The main work flow of CNC machine tool is as follows:

1. Processing programming: The processing programming methods are generally divided into manual programming and automatic programming.

2. Program input: according to different input devices of CNC machine tools, the input methods of processing programs are also different. There are two ways to read the NC equipment: read while processing, using intermittent operation; Another method is to read all the processing programs into the memory inside the NC equipment, and then adjust them from the memory middle note during the processing.

3. Track interpolation operation: input the processing program into the CNC equipment, and the control software will complete a series of processing calculations. The operation result is output to the servo system through pulse signal.

Parts are composed of straight lines, arcs or other curves. Therefore, NC machine tools must move according to the shape and size requirements of the parts, that is, according to the graphic trajectory. The so-called trajectory interpolation is to densify the data points between the starting point and the ending point coordinates of the straight line segment, and the horizontal machining center obtains a series of coordinates of intermediate points, and then outputs the pulse signal to the corresponding coordinates.

4. Servo system control and machine tool processing: after the interpolation pulse signal output by the numerical control equipment is converted and power amplified, the servo motor and mechanical transmission mechanism drive the machine tool actuator to drive the tool processing to meet the drawing requirements.
